Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free on all Australian and Global Orders, (we currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA). Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and received. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched within the next working day provided the products are in stock. In the unlikely event of further delays, we will contact you to advise of the expected dispatch time. Depending on what country you are you can expect orders to be 2 to 10 days delivery time from dispatch date.
At KELA we use Australia Post, DHL and some other courier from time to time for the delivery of all orders. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary or alternatively the courier will deliver at an alternative the time.
If product is not in stock we will advise you that your order has been put on back order and we will advise you when you can expect the dispatch to be , we envisage it could be between 1 day to a maximum of 30 days , but most likely 1 to 2 weeks.

Title for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination and the product outside of Australia you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. KELA is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from KELA you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
