If product is not in stock we will advise you that your order has been put on back order and we will advise you when you can expect the dispatch to be , we envisage it could be between 1 day to a maximum of 30 days , but most likely 2 to 4 weeks.

Customs Information

Title for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination and the product outside of Australia you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. KELA is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from KELA you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
