Step 1

Use the opening tool to firmly press down and twist at the same time on the seam of the charm. Or use your thumbnails to open the charm by prying open along the seam.

Step 2

Select your *hair section and gently twist the hair to remove fly aways. (NB the amount of hair you can fit in the charm varies on different hair types.)

*If you have enough hair in the charm it won’t slide down or be able to be pulled down your hair strands.

Step 3

Place hair section fully inside the charm, removing all hair from the clasp and press shut.

Step 4

To remove the charm place both thumbnails in the middle of the seam to open the clasp.
