KELA is not liable for any loss, damage or late delivery incurred by any postal service.  Orders are shipped weekdays, outside of US holidays. Processing time is typically 24-48 hours on business days only.

United States Standard: 2-5 business days
United States Express: 1-2 business days
International: 5-15 business days
