We process orders within 1 business day to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Standard US Postal Service typically takes an estimated 2-5 business days. Express US Postal Service takes an estimated 1-2 business days. *Please note these delivery times are estimates.

We process orders within 1 business day to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. International Shipments can take an estimated 5-15 business days. *Please note these delivery times are estimates.

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver’s end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. For further details on our shipping policies, please refer to the Customs Information below.

 

Tracking

Within 24 hours of your order confirmation, you will receive your tracking information via email. In the unlikely case you didn’t receive an email with tracking information, please contact info@kelacharms.com and we can forward your tracking information to you.

Customs Information

Title for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination and the product outside of United States you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. KELA is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from KELA you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Pre-orders/backorders

If a product is not in stock we will advise you that your order has been put on backorder and we will advise you when you can expect the product to be available again, it could be between 1 day to a maximum of 30 days, but most likely between two-to-four-weeks.
