Halo Hiccups, Solved

My Halo feels loose or slips down

Nine times out of ten, it's the size. Size down for finer hair, or pop it over a thin elastic for extra grip. Still
not sure? The Size Guide sorts it in 30 seconds.

It feels too tight or tugs

Size up. Your Halo should hug your pony, not pinch it.

Which size is right for my hair?

Medium works for most people, so start there. Fine hair? Go Small or XS. Thick or curly? Go Large. Full
breakdown on the Size Guide.

Can I sleep or shower in it?

We'd take it out first. Keep it dry and store it safe, and that finish stays gorgeous.

How do I clean it?

A soft, dry cloth is all it takes. Skip the water and harsh cleaners.

Can I wear more than one?

Please do. Stack them down a pony or braid for a bolder look. View our Bundles.

Bead Basics, Sorted.

My bead slides down my braid

Move it up to where the braid is thicker, or onto a tighter section. The tighter the hair, the better it holds.

Will beads work on fine or short hair?

Totally. Work them onto smaller sections or twists and they'll hold just fine.

How many beads should I use?

One makes a statement. A few down a braid makes it a whole look.

Will they damage my hair?

Nope. They slide in and out clean. No snagging, no stress.

How do I clean them?

Soft, dry cloth, and that's it. Keeps them shining.
